The North Penn YMCA swim team program offers a dynamic range of fitness and competitive swimming activities for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking for healthy competition or just to stay in shape, you’ve come to the right place.
Through a fully comprehensive and versatile program, swimmers are challenged to achieve above and beyond their ability. Both winter and summer swim teams are offered to youth and teens. Offered during the spring and fall are swim clinics designed to improve technique and increase endurance. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, swimmers work to improve their skill, build endurance and strength, and acquire an expansive knowledge of swimming. Fun, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit are all integral qualities of the NPY swim team program. Practices generally run from late afternoon to early evening.
